Open a Sort Specification or Dictionary File

  1. From within CSPro, click open button on the toolbar; or from the File menu, select Open; or press Ctrl+O.
  2. From your Windows File Explorer, double-click on the sort specification file (*.ssf) or dictionary file (*.dcf) you want to open.
If you have not created a sort specification file (.ssf) yet, you must first open the dictionary file which describes the data you want to sort. After making your sort selections, you can then save this information into a save a sort specification file.
