Using syncthemcalendars.com with CSPro

Hello. We’re managing a field data collection project with a team of about 15 fieldworkers, and coordinating schedules is a real headache. Someone on the team mentioned syncthemcalendars.com as a way to sync calendars between supervisors and fieldworkers, so that everyone can see in real time who’s assigned to which district, which visits are scheduled, and so on. Has anyone already integrated a tool like this into a CSPro workflow? I’m wondering if it’s really worth it or if it just adds another layer of complexity for very little benefit. We’ve already had synchronization bugs with other third-party tools, so I’m a bit wary. CSPro already handles the synchronization of data collection, but when it comes to service calendars, it’s really lacking. If you have any concrete feedback on this, I’d love to hear it.
