Deleting Categories from a Variable in a List

Hello friends

I'm still making progress on my project, but once again I've run into a dilemma. I have a section in a list where I ask about food consumption (from 1 to 16). Depending on whether you consumed that food group, it moves on to the other questions. This asks you about frequency of consumption if you answered yes.

But the problem is that I want that every time a category is selected, when the list advances to the next record, that selected category will no longer appear.

For example, if I select category 1 in Q201, when I return to Q201, category 1 will no longer appear, and so on until category 16 is left, and the list will be considered complete.

Or perhaps there's another way to do it? I'd appreciate your support.
