Some Data not synchronizing (dropbox)

Hi,
I am currently using dropbox to manage a verification survey, where previously surveyed data is used by enumerators in field to change/modify as per field verification. Although everything seems to alright, there are some stray cases where even after modifying some field and saving the case, the syncdata function is not sending the changed data to dropbox.
There are no error messages.
I tried from a different device for the same case, changed some values in some fields, save the case and synced to dropbox.
No error is shown, but the change is not reflected in data.
Now, the issue is I am not sure if all the field work is being synced to main data in dropbox.

PS. I am also editing the application as per field requirement and re-deploying it time and again. While re-deploying, i send the .pff and .ent file along with .csdb data files (I mark them as Only on First Install).

Do you think that it is possible that multiple people are modifying the cases and creating conflicts? See this file for a description about how conflicts are handled during a sync:
