Would it be possible to display only the error messages that is related to a procedure? So instead of grouping all error messages and associated numbers into a single error window, have it display only the error messages that pertain to a certain PROC. It will help with navigation especially when coding many error messages and their associated error number.

This is a great idea. I would definitely take advantage of such a system, particularly when I am working on a large batch edit application with hundreds of messages.
We're focused on Android development right now, but once that's done and we have a bit of a break, I'll consider implementing this.
