Data not synching to FTP server

Hello!

We have an ongoing field survey and a VERY strange thing is happening.
We started this monday (June 9th) and the surveyors synched the data and I downloaded it with no issue (there were 75 surveys made), but after that, the data is simply not being synched to the server but no error messages are showing. When I download the data again, it only downloads those first 75 interviews.

Now, I thought that the FTP server directory could have something wrong, so I made a new one, uploaded the questionnaire, uploaded 1 survey and when downloading the data, then csdb file shows 0 cases done but 2 deleted cases.

It's not updating or uploading the data, or even worse, deleting the surveys.

We need to check for quotas so I definitely need some help with this one.

Is there a way for me to open up the raw data file stored in the FTP Server? After downloading it, of course...
