Hello,

I sscanned a few thousand questionnaires using a READSOFT scanner, this produces a text file with all my records. I tried running my cspro edit program on this but it return an error of invalid file format. How do i format the text file to be edited by cspro?

If ReadSoft is outputting a text file with a consistent wide or rectangular format, you should be able to create a CSPro dictionary to match the file.

You might want to run the Tabulate Frequencies tool, using the CSPro dictionary you created to match the ReadSoft file, to see how CSPro is interpreting your data file.
