Thank you very much, Greg, for sharing this update.

Since its inception, this appears to be the first time we have experienced nearly a 2.5-year interval between releases. It is truly encouraging to see that CSPro has not only remained resilient during this period but has also emerged significantly stronger, enriched by the innovative features Savy and you have introduced.

We are very much looking forward to the next release, particularly with great anticipation for exciting advancements such as PWA capabilities directly from the CSPro Designer, as well as the potential introduction of a CSPro open-source package manager.

Once again, thank you for your continued dedication and outstanding work.

With best regards,

Dear CSPro Team,

Thank you very much for releasing CSPro 8.1 after a long wait. I appreciate the continuous improvements made to the software.

While using this version, I encountered an issue with frequency tabulation and data export. In my dataset, there are 129 interviews in total, including 4 refusal cases. However, when I run frequency tabulations or export the data, CSPro 8.1 appears to exclude the 4 refusal cases and processes only 125 cases.

Could you please let me know whether this is a change in the new version or there is a different procedure required to include refusal cases?

Thank you for your support. I look forward to your guidance.

Best regards,
Arjun Bhattarai
