Error writing csdb data

Hello,
I have an app that is working in windows, this application works in up to three computers at the same time; the csdb datafile is located in a local server shared with those dataentry computers.
When only one computer is working, all is going well, however when all are working, and the case is completed, in some computers appers the following message: "THERE WAS AN ERROR SAVING THE CASE", same happens when automatic partial saves happens with the following message: "THERE WAS AN ERROR WRITING TO THE DATA SOURCE: DATABASE IS LOCKED"
As I know the csdb datafile can be updated from different devices.
Is there a problem relate to rights in the server?. How I can solve this situation.
