CSPRO is not providing an application to allocate workload to data collection staff, manage their progress, monitor data quality ... IS there any tool for that complementing CSPRO ?

You can find complete open source staff management, cases assignements and Fieldwork progress monitoring etc. applications in the CSPro ecosystem.
