Delete after skip value

Dear Sir,
I have try many times for delete value after skip previous field but value not deleted.
Please suggest the problem.

Can you clarify your question. Perhaps you can also post some code that describes what you are attempting to do.
By deleting the value do you mean that you're trying to set the value to blank?

I am saying if enter first time in multiple occurrence value [1] [2] [4] [5] and [0] but value is wrong entered then back to first field and again [1] [2] [0] skip to next question.
But still value after 0 enters the first time.

Dear Gregory Martin,
As first i would like to say thanks for your answer.Now i already upload example of my dictionary file.According to my dictionary file SR item is main geographical code.At first we enter all data into one file and our data files is so big include so many SR(geographic ) codes. Now, as for me i want to separate several files according to SR or geographical code. Example in data file include 10 SR(geographic ) codes.Now i need to separate one by one according to SR.
