Tabulate frequence

A rapid question,

I tried to tabulate frequence and after execution I received the following message

589 Cannot open TBD file $$CTAB$$.TMP

What I was doing wrong.

Make sure you don't have OLD_TBD environment variable set.

Make sure the directory you are running frequencies in isn't read-only.

Check the listing file for other errors.

The frequencies tool does not support creating tables in multiple languages.
