Factors Roster

i have list contain about 12 factors i need to select different factors from this list and then give each one rank number based on the importance how to do that in cspro
for more details please check the attached excel file

daer josh i tried the example you attached but the problem now is i want to evaluate only selected factor not all factors. could you help me
