Dear All
I just installed CSPro 6.1 (April 1 2015 release) on my laptop (Window 8). It is working fine however, when I click 'Help' or '?' to search something, CSPro stops working and asks to close the program. Any help will be much appreciated.

We have tested the help on multiple versions of Windows here including Windows 8 and it works fine. If you browse to the folder C:\Program Files\CSPro 6.1\ and double click on the file CSPro.chm does it also crash or does that bring up the help?

I double clicked 'CSPro.chm' and it works perfectly however, when I click 'Help' from CSPro program it still crashes on my machine.

We are trying to find a machine here where we can reproduce the problem. Do either of you have the same problem with older versions of CSPro or is this a new problem with 6.1?

Thanks Josh
Window 8.1 is installed on my machine and other machines in my office (and this problem on all machines). I did not have this problem with CSPro 6.0. This problem started when I started using 6.1 first beta version (feb 2015) and then had for all beta versions as well as official release April 1.

For me, the problem started with the 6.1 Beta and is continuing now with the 6.1. I have even noticed it in Senegal during the CSPro workshop.

We have not been able to get this to happen on our Windows 8 machines here. I just taught a workshop where lots of people were using Windows 8 and none of them had this problem. So we are really puzzled. Is this hapenning on machines that previously had the beta version of 6.1 and then you installed the final version of 6.1? If that is case try uninstalling CSPro 6.1 completely and then also delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\CSPro 6.1 and all its contents before reinstalling the final version of 6.1.
