We may eventually move to HTML-based forms, though not in the near future. I'm surprised to hear of your problems with form slowness, as two gigabytes of RAM should be plenty when running CSPro. CSPro dates back to 2000, when 2GB would have been a lot.

Does the problem occur on forms that only have fields, or does it occur only when there are rosters on the forms?

This is a serious problem... Never this occur when using Windows7. However, this occurs on questions types( Roster etc) and If you want to know more about, i'll send you the application. And, if you have 5-10mn, you can access to the tablet using teamviewer.
