Data Viewer and Deploy App. not working

When I open either the data viewer or deploy application in CSPro 7.1.2, it says "DataViewer has stopped working" and Deploy Application has stopped working.

Please make sure that you have Microsoft .NET framework version 4.5 or later installed on your computer. You can download it from the Microsoft website.
