Timer Disappears from screen (question text)

Dear SAVY/ Grogery

We have started using timer for one of our tools (pupil learning assessment tool) and we have 40+ enumerators who are using learning assessment tools. We are using phones. It is working fine on most of the phones however there are three incidences when Timer does not apear on relevant screens (there are 6 questions where are using timer). It happened on one phone during training (I just used "clear data" from CSEntry APP info, added application again and it worked), second time it happened on another phone just before start of actual data collection and I followed the same steps as mentioned above, it started working well. Now today I recieved another complaint from field and they reported the same issue on another phone. I worndering whay it is happening randomly and what is causing this and what is the solution Please.
