File open Error

Can anyone tell me what is the problem and solution of this errors? In the middle of the survey question i make a partial save and quit the survey but when i am trying to re-open it this error is shown.

Could you post a zip file containing your survey and data file for testing? It may be that something in the partial save is corrupting the data. If it cannot be posted publicly, you can send it to cspro@lists.census.gov.
