Excel to Cspro Error

Hello Cspro Team,

Please how to fix this error when loading excel using Excel to Cspro Tool.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Thanks Sherell, I uninstall the excel and install the excel again and it works for me fine.
