CAPI Questions - Add new Question text formatting option

Hello,

Can you add the option of changing the text direction to the question text formatting options? it will be easier to change the direction with a simple click rather than typing the attribute in HTML code, especially for the ones with no knowledge in HTML.

Adding "direction:rtl" to the style attribute for the right-to-left direction will help diplaying the text written in arabic letters with words written in latin in the correct way.

See the attachement for clarification. I wanted to write the word "مرحبا" followed by "Josh".
