Thanks Josh! My guess was that the surplus case was actually a duplicate case so that you cannot open the data file.

Yes, that is correct if it is a duplicate case you will get an error trying to open the data file in CSEntry. To delete duplicate cases you can also use the Index Files tool.

great day! i experienced additionally this issue CSpro content viewer has quit working.. i as of now introduced Notepad ++, i simply need to ask to how utilize this ti view and analyze the records.
