How to add an introduction before the survey

Hello all ,
I'm new to cspro. I want to make a survey using cspro but I want to write an introduction explaining what the survey is about and then the user click to start the survey. How can I do that ? Is there any tutorial ?

One approach is to:

• Add a "dummy" dictionary item, let's call it SURVEY_INTRODUCTION. You would then add a value set with a single entry: "Start survey."
• Add it to your data entry application as the first field of the first form.
• Add the survey introduction to the question text for SURVEY_INTRODUCTION.

In this way, the introduction screen is just another field on your form.
