SYNCHRONIZATION

After synching the data form the tablet the data is no longer on the tablet. Please tell me why this is happening and how can we stop it. When faced with errors we want the data collectors to go back and fix the errors. The data disappearing form the device is causing a serious problem for editing

Could you explain what you mean by disappearing?

Please post the sync.log from the device with the disappearing data here, or send it to us at cspro@lists.census.gov

We have not had any reports of data being lost during the sync process.

The cases disappear off of the device.

What version of CSPro are you running by the way? Is it possible you upgraded, and aren't finding the files due to their (forced by Google) folder desination? Please see the top of our forum's home page for an explanation on this: https://www.csprousers.org/

If you could send us the sync.log file from the device having the problem, we can try to troubleshoot it.
