I greet you cordially and take the opportunity to make the following query.

I have several tablets in the field and they have been sending data through an HTTP URL; both CSEntry and CSWeb use version 7.6.1. It was working properly. But two day ago, my users can not longer sync their data. When they try to sync the error below appears:
Due to this error, I reviewed the case and found that users can still connect to CSWeb through port 443 of the HTTPS URL, and with this workaround they can synchronize their data.

I have checked the log and find the following:

The fact that switching ports fixed the issue, my assumption is that the previous port you were using was blocked. It's likely no non-secure (http) sites can be accessed through the server. Plausible explanations could be 1) IT staff made Apache configurations changes to the server 2) During setup Apache was configured to not run on port 80, but was never restarted (until the other day).

Could you attach the sync.log from a device that was failing to sync? There may be additional error information in there.

The error being issued is a 301 Moved Permanently. This occurs when you use an HTTP URL, and not when you use an HTTPS URL. If you want to use the non-secure HTTP connection I would check with your system admins and ask them to look at the Apache configurations. This is an issue with the server configuration and not CSEntry / CSWeb.
