Dear CSPro team,

When i synchronize with FTP Server with my mobile then it shows exception "Access is denied" but through my system synchronization is successful.
What is the reason for this?

Access denied usually means that the username/password is incorrect. It could also mean that you are using FTPS int the server URL when you should be using FTPES or just FTP or vice versa. Check for any differences in url, username and password between the devices.
