The first step for you to do is to look at the log file. See here if you don't know where to find it:

If you can't understand what's in the log file, post it here and we can look further at the problem.

This is due to a bug in earlier versions of CSPro that caused the file 88ac4e8035bf125$36a8b074-82ce-4ad3-907b-99b7c4bda479 in your Dropbox to be corrupted. I will send you a fixed version of the file by private message. To prevent this from occurring in the future please upgrade to version 7.1.3 of CSPro.
