New to CSPro, may ask assistance for this issue encountered when running the data entry application and trying the form. When I enter data into firstname field, middlename and lastname fields comprising the name field item (Firstname, Middlename, Lastname) filled automatically of the entry entered to the Firstname field, here's the link:

The subitems firstname, middlename and lastname all start at the same position (28) so they are overlapping. This means that are going to contain the same data. You probably want middlename to start at 53 (28 + 25) and lastname to start at 78 (53 + 25) so that do not occupy the same positions.
