Hello,
I am experimented the following situation, then I will add the screenshots to show it.
In some cases the application shows the valueset (dynamic), with the full label for each option, in other variables that are shown in the same way, it shows it shorter than the full length, in this case shows less than the other variable. I think it can be more clear with the screenshots attached.
How to manage this situation to show always the full label.

This happens in version 6.3. Cannot move to 7.1 for this app, it is the same used in different countries
