I have 19 binary questions about activities in last month, labeled as 1 for yes and 2 for no. after these question i have a numeric field about what is the main activity from previous one, I want to make this field dynamic that it will show only those labels in which respondent has previously replied yes.

Look at the Simple CAPI example in the CSPro examples folder. Take a look at PROC MAIN_LANGUAGE, which constructs a dynamic value set based on the selections in LANGUAGES_SPOKEN.
