Hi, I might be missing a step and not able to start entering data on my android phone

I have created my questionnaire and tested that it is running on my laptop. However when i transfer the Pen file to CS entry in my Andorid phone I get an Application Load Error. "Verify that the file exist and that it is a valid CSPRo.pen fiile and that it is located in the correct folder.
I am using CSPRO 7.1

Anyone experienced this or some guidance?
