restriction of single Alpha entry

I have a multiple choice question. which have alpha response from A to P and enumerator can select more that one answers. I want a restriction that he/she can only enter each alphabet for one time. for example;
response 1: ADF (accepted)
response 2: ADA (not accepted because he/she enter A two times.
Is there any possible solution for this
