Urgently Need Help!!!Error Connection of CSWEB to remote server

Hi guys,
I am trying to set up CSWEB on linode server. The server seems to meet all the requirements for installation of csweb. However it cannot connect to mysql database. It throws an error.[/i]. See the attached screenshots as well.
Connection to mysql is active, I have tried connecting remotely from another mysql client and it works pretty well. Any help I will appreciate so much.
