Data viewer not downloading all the files in dropbox

Hi Cspro team,
I don't know if anybody has observed this, data viewer don't atimes download data from all the files in the dropbox, it ignores some files, I don't know why, I have 7 interviewers working in filed, while all the 7syncs their work successfully, data viewer only downloads 5 and ignore others, I don't know why, can anyone help me on this? I am ready to share my dropbox credentials to see what I am saying.
