Getting this error when trying to log in to CSWeb

Hi all,

I've been using a server running CSWeb to synchronize data from the field. However, today when I tried to log in as admin, the browser was busy for about 30 seconds, after which I got this error:

"Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

In addition, people in the field can't sync their data to the server, and it won't let them download base data either.

How do I fix this? This is blocking the entire data collection process. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

Please look in the ui.log and api.log files on your server for details on the error message. You can find those files in the csweb/logs directory on the web server. If what you see there doesn't make sense you can post them here as attachments so we can take a look.

Hi Ashish,

We have been trying to sync CSentry with CSWEB server and we have not succeeded .It seems you were able to do this before.
