Dear user forum,
I have 9 province and 45 districts as id variable and I want them as look up file. In excel province code repeated for each district but when I converted exceltocspro only the first province for each first district. Only 9 districts converted in the .dat file. The rest 36 districts are not converted. What was the problem? I used excel 2016.

Could you kindly share the file so we can really advice on it

I have tried several times different versions of excel (xls, xlsx) all give thsi error "Exception from HRESULT: 0x800401A8". I have only one sheet
