Data Viewer is stop working

Dear Team

When i am trying to download the data through Data viewer it stop working. I am using Dropbox. Please see attached image.
Please advice.

There was a problem with DataViewer in the initial 7.0 release in certain situations. Try downloading the latest (version 7.0.1) from https://www.census.gov/population/inter ... nload.html and see if that fixes the problem.

any news on this issue? have same problem. cannot download data from dropbox. same error occurs.

We are working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime as a workaround you can use a data entry application to download your data. Either use your existing data entry application or create a new one. In sync options choose Dropbox and under "Synchronize main data file" choose "Download changes from server". Run your data entry application, create a new empty data file and choose synchronize from the file menu. This will download your data. You can then close the data entry application and view the data file in DataViewer.
