Export with text data in Dari/arabic

Dear all,

I have collected data where the numeric fields are normal, however the text data like free text, other (specify). When I try to export to stata or CSV, those text data arrives as ???? ??? ??? ... and I need to have the original text data in the exported file.

I have other chose to export to excel, but this option does not exist, when I export to CSV, I have the same result ??????...

How I can do the export or to have the data in an excel file.

I found how to export unicode, it doesn't work for stata, however it is possible to select unicode when export to CSV, and from there to excel.

Greg is working on supporting unicode export to Stata. Should be ready soon.

As Josh mentioned, CSPro 7.0 will be able to export Unicode data to Stata. It's implemented, so hopefully 7.0 will come out soon. When we added Unicode to CSPro, Stata didn't support Unicode, but they do now (as of version 14).
