Dear CSPro team,

I am using cspro v7.0 for data collection. now i have a problem after i finished data collection at the end of case they reveal a message as below:

Entry message (W 1010)
"Data sources case construction warning: a blanked was added for the required record Health_center".

Noted: Health_center is the name of form.

Could you please advise me

I think you are actually seeing the following warning rather than error 1010:

W10107 Data source case construction warning: A blank record was added for the required record Health_center

This message occurs when you have a record that is marked as required in your dictionary but that you did not include on your forms (or is on the form but was not entered). In such a case CSPro inserts a blank (empty) record. You should either add the items from your record to one of the forms or mark the record as not required in your data dictionary.
