Creating a simple lookout - For non programmers

Hie good people
Who has a simpler way of doing a lookup or who has a simple example for those of us with a non-programming background?
I want to create (a cascading menu
) where I select this hierarchy
1) District
2) Ward
3) Village
My limited programming skills are too limited for the examples shown in "C:\Program Files (x86)\CSPro 6.3\Examples\1 - Data Entry\Lookup Files"
