Dear all,I will love to see in the forthcoming version 7 of CSPro to have facility to allow plug-in
and capture finger print and iris capturing to authenticate data capturing for Surveys and Censuses.

Similarly, bar-code reader should be integrated to the package (CSPro) just like GPS, Photo, etc.

These features (biometric data capturing, bar-code reader where blood samples are taken for lab analysis
and linked with behavioral data) will ensure and authenticate data that are not mis-merged
due to human error.

These features in CSPro are in high demand in our clime more so when we are planning to validate our
data with facts and verifiable key.

Right now we are not planning to add such features to CSPro 7.0, but they are good suggestions for a future release.

Have you used any barcode software on an Android device? There might be a way, using the execsystem logic function, to link the results of that software with CSEntry.

Thanks Greg for the hope of seeing bar-code reader in your future CSPro plans. A third party application is available
but as seamless as features incorporated (eg. GPS, photo, calculator etc) in CSPro.

We are planning a survey where blood samples will be taken independently for lab analysis and behavioral characteristics of the same respondent
will be conducted. Bar-codes will be used to label theses tools (questionnaire and blood sample on DBS) so as to link the result of the blood sample with the behavioral data of the same respondent.

This is the future survey we are planning to carry out.
