Producing an excel file

Hi, its been a long while that I post some inquiries. Hope all are fine!

Anyways, the last time I was using CSPro was 2012 and there are a lot of updates since then and more members here.

Now my concern is how to produce an excel file after the survey is done. To be more specific, one excel file with more than two to five sheets. I was thinking of the tabulation so maybe after doing the tabulation or tables the printable result would be an excel file.

Thank you so much in advance.

I did try export data in Tools menu but it did not generate the file. Maybe I want to populate it data before I proceed with the export. Better luck for me.

You can use the export data tool to generate .csv files which can be imported into Excel. You would do this one you have captured data.Use export data if you want to be able to manipulate the raw data in Excel.

You can also use the generate frequencies tool or a tabulation application to create frequencies and cross tabulations based on your data which can then be copied and pasted into Excel. This gives you aggregated data in Excel instead of raw data.
