Cannot partial save

I created a data entry screen using CSPro 6.1 and am not able to partial save when I am in 'system controlled' mode. It works when I changed to 'operator controlled' mode, which I don't want.
My previous application in previous versions of CSpro worked fine when in 'system controlled' and I m able to partial save.
Appreciate any assistance.

What happens you try to partial save? Is partial save available on the menu? Does it give you an error?
Did you enable partial save in the data entry options?

Hi josh,
Partial save is enabled in the data entry option.
There is no error message, clicking on the file menu, the Save Partial Case is not on, even CTRL+R does not do anything
