Hello, can anyone help me with this. How do I create a data dictionary and form to give me correct input with such a table in Cs pro

You can do this using a roster with occurrence labels. To create a roster you make a record with multiple occurrences in your dictionary (set Max to number of rows in your table). Put an item in the record for each column of your table. In the dictionary, right click on your record and choose "occurrence labels" and set the label for each row in the table. Then in the form view drag the record onto your form and in the dialog that pops up under roster options choose "horizontal" and make sure that "use occurrence labels" is checked.
