Post by harerimana2000 »

Hi Josh,
Can you please help us to fix this problem. We are using CsPro 7.1 beta and trying to open the main application. The following message appears when the system tries to open an external disctionary and data file for the dictionary is assigned dynamically. But when you click Ok and the main application is opened.See attached screen shot file.

I think that error is misleading. It is likely that the file is locked by another application that has it opened. You may need to close the file in the other application. Note that if you use the csdb file format you don't have to worry about files being locked. It is also possible that the file name or path is incorrect so that check that too.

If it isn't either of those things please send us the app so we can take a look.
