Dear all
I am very inexperrienced in CSPro and I thank you by advance for your help.
I would like to insert in my form one combo box in which user will select the village from a list of villages which I would have been uploaded (in an Excel file for example). Then the user could choose the name of the youth surveyed, in another combo box. Only the name of youth of the village chosen in the first combo box would appear in the second combo box.
Could you help me ?

Re: Use of External list and filters
This is a more advanced task that you are asking to do, and it requires using the setvalueset function that Arshad mentioned. If you are comfortable with programming, you may be able to figure out how to use that function. Here is another example: http://www.csprousers.org/beta/MetroSurvey.7z
You can see how the program prompts the users to specify which subway line they ride, and then presents a customized list of stations on that line.
You can also look into the selcase function with a where condition to present a list of options that the user can choose from.
