Is there an end-of-support date for CSPro 7.7.x? My organization uses version 7.7.x so it would be useful if we can know when to migrate to 8

You'll always be able to install old versions of CSPro, which you can find here: https://www.csprousers.org/downloads

The main difference is that we won't fix bugs in old versions, and you won't have access to new features. We'll still provide support though, as many users, including some big ones, take a while to upgrade to newer versions.

I had a problem with cspro versions 7.7.3 and 8.0, I automatically opened a file developed in cspro 8.0 and then I couldn't open it in 7.7.3
