Hi Chaib3,
Before any help, please can you send us more explanations:
1.- What's Cspro Version do you use?
2.- Do you use the same dictionary as used in the application used to collect data?
3.- Do you try to open data in text viewer?

Finally, the last time you post, please know that News in this forum is not reserved to such topics. For export, you must use Tools part.

Best regards

Make sure you picked the correct data file for the export. Also look in the listing that file that is generated by the export to see if there are errors/warnings.

I think you are using concatenation instead of exporting
lets get it this way
SECTION 1
open your cspro template tap on tools
then select Export data the a dialog box pop up where you select the dictionary you're using for the export
then tap on open after you will now check the all you will need from the left pan on the screen then you move to the right pane to select as you wished
like example one file, As separate records, join single with multiple records, sub-items only and select your SPSS (.dat, .sps) then from here you can open your SPSS and save into excel.

SECTION 2
Now to concatenate you need to first tap on the tools and select concatenate data then you change the data type at the small dropdown from right to "text" then browse the output section and save the a name that you will wished the data to be concatenated to in your choice of folder you can access for exporting.
NoTE: a new name is required here and you may save it with .dat as the extension
Now i will advised you select the option "CONCATENATE FILE CONTENTS REGARDLESS OF ITS STRUCTURES"
Now "ADD" all the .dat file you want to concatenate after which you will click on "run" then close the pop-up screen after executing the process in which you can now go back to start your export
as explained in section 1 above
NOTE: this time you will select the file with .dat that you saved when concatenating as the file to export

ALL THE BEST
