Form Tools to Capture text from PDF/Docx/XLSX

Need your help.
This is my case:
1. I have soft copy of questionnaire on PDF/Docx/XLSX format. It ve 100 pages with many text within it.
2. I want to build CSPro Data Entry with visualization as like PDF format.
3. For now, when building the form, I have to copy manually each text from source PDF/Docx, and paste to CS Pro form.
4. Its worked, but it takes long time process to do it since I have to create 100 form sfrom 100 pages of PDF
Does CS Pro have any tools to make my task more faster ? Or any idea how I do this more faster instead of copy the text one by one ?
