EXPORTATION ANOMALY

Postby Dzidefo » July 12th, 2017, 2:48 pm

Dear Cspro User forum Team and Members

I have a problem and i'm going to try to expose it (I'm not englisgh, my official language is french !!!, excuse me if any fault)

I'm working on Economics census data in my country. We are on the cartography phase.
We are using android device to collect data and we used Cspro 7.0 to build the application.

When i export data to stata, i found anomaly in some records.

The anomaly is this: Say we have 5 variable Id, A, B, C, D, rigth
instead of having this format at the exportation:

Id A B C D
1 2 1 9 4
2 2 2 3 2
3 1 1 9 2

I have this anomaly:

Id A B C D
1 21 9 4
2 223 2
3 1 192

I precise that the anomaly affect some record and not all.
I don't understand anything   . I 'm sure, i'm using the the right dictionnary.

the most difficult is that i have GPS variables in the application and some records of GPS
are separate between several fields (Item). eg; if the LAT is "6.12365478", I get "6" in the LAT item and ".12365478" in
field of the next item after the LAT Variable, so and so...

Until now, i discover 400 records on /62000 wich are affected by the anomaly.

Somebody can help me to find the causes of that anomaly ? and how to remedy it ?

A

Thank you at advance.
