Dataviewer doesn't read data from Dropbox CSPro 7.1

I used CSPro 7.0 in creating the data entry application then revised the application (including dcf) using 7.1.
Everything goes well, devices where able to sync the data in Dropbox (added a folder CSPRO>...>data).

However, when I try to download data using Dataviewer (CSPro tool), it only read my dictionary (dcf) and status bar goes 100% but there is no data appeared in Dataviewer.

Please help me with this problem.

Your first synchronization will upload the dictionary, but successive synchronizations will not update the dictionary. It's possible you Dropbox is using an older version of your dictionary. Try deleting the CSPRO directory in Dropbox and see if that fixes your issue.

I've updated the dictionary file version 7.1 but there is still no data in Data Viewer. :cry:

This line: "08/11/2018 21:08:51.578 INFO: Server has no data directory." means that it found the folder where the dictionary is stored but it can't find the directory where the data is stored. It is looking for a directory named Dropbox\CSPro\DataSync\NCD17_DICT\data but it can't find it. Did you mistakenly delete or rename this folder in the Dropbox?
